Job Description

We are recruiting a digital marketer to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaign, manage social media content and audience across digital channels.

Job Role

Plan and execute all digital marketing including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, bulk sms, social media and display advertising campaigns.

Design, build and maintain our social media presence.

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Requirements and Skills

BSc. Degree in Marketing or a related field

Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

Highly creative in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate the target audience.

Evidence of social media pages managed in the past; please include links to such pages

Solid knowledge of website analytic tools (e.g. Google analytics etc)

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Ability to create marketing plans and social media content schedule

Up to date with latest trends and best practices

Motion graphics design is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Remuneration

Expected remuneration for this role is N100,000 - N150,000 (Gross) subject to review based on productivity, loyalty, and professionalism.
