Telemarketing Specialist-Carnotautomart HND / BA / BSc Job

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

Managing daily administrative tasks to ensure the marketing department runs smoothly.

Conducting market research to identify new revenue opportunities.

Contacting organizations like financial institutions, insurance companies and mechanic companies by sending proposal emails, phone calls and chatting with them on social medias, to inform them about the company's E-commerce marketplace and Business partnership.

Attend daily team meeting.

Answering questions about the company's services on WhatsApp, Instagram and with emails.

Making and closing deals with financial institutions, insurance companies and mechanic companies.

Keeping records of calls, responses and relevant details on Microsoft Excel.

Following up and updating clients on social medias and through calls.

Scheduling meetings and making presentations via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Skype

Updating the CEO about clients responses, meetings and presentations.

Creating different marketing strategies, by bringing my own style, expertise and ideas to the role in order to deliver the B2B objectives.

Qualification
