Job Description

We are seeking to employ a dynamic Strategy and Operations Associate who will play a crucial role in bringing Sendbox’s vision to life by driving strategic initiatives within the organization. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence through meticulous planning and execution.

The ideal candidate will contribute to the development and launch of new services, process optimization, key stakeholder management, and provide invaluable inputs to management. If you are a self-starter who has leadership experience, excellent organization and communication skills, and the ability to handle various tasks seamlessly, then this role is for you. Responsibilities

Product Operations Management: Assist in overseeing operational aspects of Sendbox’s products and services. This includes coordinating with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations and customer support) to ensure successful product/service launches, effective maintenance, and continuous improvement.

Project Management: Lead and manage projects related to product operations, process improvement, and strategic initiatives. Define project scopes in line with the direction of management (Head of Operations and COO) manage timelines and ensure successful project execution.

Process Development and Optimization: Identify opportunities to develop and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability. Collaborate with team members to define and document processes, implement best practices, and drive process improvements to support Sendbox’s objectives.

Execution of Strategic Initiatives: Work closely with the leadership team to understand strategic goals and initiatives. Translate identified initiatives into actionable plans and execute them effectively by collaborating with cross-functional team members while monitoring progress and providing regular updates.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize available data to give insights and enable the management team to make data-driven decisions. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze performance trends, and work with team members to prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of operations and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a Business or a related field.

At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in logistics, operations, supply chain management, and e-commerce.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to extract insights from operational and performance data.

Strong project management and leadership skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple projects concurrently.

An innovative mindset with a focus on leveraging technology to enhance logistics processes and services.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Excellent problem-solving and critical reasoning skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to articulate solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences

Proficiency in MS Office and use of project management software/tools (added advantage).

Ability to drive change and implement process improvements in a diverse and rapidly changing environment
