JOB TITLE: Retail Sales Executive (Ad hoc)

LOCATION: Victoria Island, Apapa, Abuja

PAY: 150,000 net with performance based incentives

Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic and customer – focused and target driven indidviduals to join our Retail Banking team as AD hoc Retail sales executive

Responsibilities:

· Identify and engage prospective retail customers through field activation (market storms), community outreach, and referrals.

· Drive customer onboarding by opening savings and current accounts in line with KYC and regulatory requirements.

· Promote and cross-sell Nova Bank's retail products and services to individuals and SMEs.

· Execute sales plans and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets on account opening and deposit rnobilzaton.

· Participate in promotional campaigns, brand activations, and financial literacy engagements within assigned location.

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide timely reporting on field activities.

· Provide excellent service and follow up with onboarded customers to ensure engagement and retention.

Requirements:

· Minimum: BSc. (minimum Second-Class Lower) in any discipline from a recognized institution or HND (Upper or Lower Credit).

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· High level of energy, confidence and adaptability

· Target-driven with a passion for sales and field work

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
