Job Summary:

The Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of daily activities, recruit , develop sustainable structural and financial growth boosting sales and forging concrete relationships with clients.

Job Responsibilities

Develop a growth strategy aimed at both financial gains and customer satisfaction.

Identifying and mapping out business strengths and weaknesses

Collect data on consumers, competitors & marketplace and consolidate information into actionable items, reports & presentations.

Provide competitive analysis on various companies, market offerings, identifying market trends, pricing/ business models, sales, and methods of preparation.

Reporting on success and areas that require improvement.

Establishing & Managing channel sales distributors, brand visibility and merchandising.

Job Specification:

Minimum of B.Sc / BA in Business Administration or relevant field

3-5 years working experience as a Business development manager, Sales executive or Operations

Proven working experience (minimum of 2 years) as a business manager, sales executive in the fashion industry

Proven sales track record

Excellent project management skills with ability to consistently hit targets and beat deadlines

Demonstrated ability to turn customers insights into brand actions

Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty.

Must have a vast knowledge in fashion and the market at large.

Good communication and negotiation skills.
