We are looking for a well-organized head of operations to oversee activities across various departments.

The responsibilities of a head of the department include operations supervision, resource optimization, and prepare financial account.

You should also design policies and ensure that customer service is up to standard.

To be successful as a head of operations, you should demonstrate solid leadership and analytical skills, exhibit strong business acumen, as well as a commitment to productivity.

Ultimately, a competent Head of Operations should ensure staff productivity.

Prepare Financial account

Set policies and processes

Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally

Oversee recruitment and training of new employees

Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance

Direct the employee assessment process

Prepare regular reports for upper management

Financial Management

Stock Management

Assets Management.

Requirements

Minimum of OND, B.Sc qualification is an advantage

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent leaderships skills

Comfortable setting priorities and delegating tasks as needed

Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
