Position Overview

As the Head of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving our success and leading our back-end team to deliver exceptional results.

Your primary goal will be to over-see the day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for managing the team, ensuring operational efficiency, achieving departmental and organizational targets, and implementing strategies to drive growth.

Responsibilities

Formulate business strategy with other members of the executive team.

Implement efficient operational processes and standards.

Oversee managerial expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits.

Provide strong, dynamic leadership that mentors, develops, and guides team members (back-end) to efficiently drive the day-to-day operations.

Evaluate business efficiency.

Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.

Work closely with the Human Resources department to lead the team and to establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment.

Prepare and present regular reports on general progress level, financial performance, and key metrics to the management.

Foster open and effective communication channels with stakeholders at all levels.

Devise strategies for ensuring the growth of programs enterprise-wide

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master's Degree preferred).

4 - 10 years work experience.

Proven experience as Head of Operations or similar leadership role (Experience in the construction industry is an advantage).

Excellent management skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Strong business acumen and experience in strategic planning.

Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with business management tools.
