Qualifications:


First Class Bachelor's degree in English Language, Mass Communication, or Literature-in-English.
2 to 4 years’ experience in Writing, Document Reviews, or related content quality assurance roles.


Skills/Requirements:


Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong editorial judgment.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot and correct grammatical, typographical, and formatting errors.
Experience using content management systems and tracking tools.
Proven ability to manage multiple content streams, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Familiarity with mobile applications.
Excellent customer communications, written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Integrity and discretion in handling confidential materials and content.


Responsibilities:


Maintain and regularly update a tracker for all written content reviews, submissions, and development schedules.
Manage digital content catalogues, including tagging and classification activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to validate content testing schedules and ensure smooth execution.
Proof-read and review all outgoing communication materials including SMS, emails, and campaign messages for language accuracy and brand alignment.
Project-manage promotional events and ensure end-to-end support.
Project-manage all activities and events related to customers who win prizes from services offered by the company, including verbal and written communications to such winners.
Monitor the performance of ongoing promotional campaigns and provide actionable recommendations.
Support and manage multiple digital content-based promotions and customer engagement initiatives across various mobile platforms.
Develop and maintain a structured quality control framework to uphold content and product standards.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of required content inputs for projects and campaigns.
Respond promptly to escalated content- or product-related issues requiring immediate attention.
Oversee product promotion draws and events.
