Affiliate Director (WickTech Media,) Relevant Educational Qualifications Job

We are WickTech Media, the local back office of the international organization in the IT and Fintech fields, providing assistance in a range of different areas: from translations to consulting services, business development, sales and marketing.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Affiliate Director

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

Lead a team of affiliate managers and oversee management

Set sales goals and work with an affiliate management team in obtaining monthly and quarterly margin goals, as well as tracking and recording individual and team progress, wins and challenges.

Identify and analyze strategic accounts and areas of growth opportunity with affiliate managers on an individual and team basis.

Oversee affiliate management, team communication to publisher base surrounding offer pitches, company messaging, strategy, best offer assets and other daily communications to ensure each affiliate team member is communicating in a method and style that represents the company in a professional, polished, and informative manner.

Working closely with affiliate management team to provide stellar service and value

Work effectively with the sales team to develop custom traffic plans for strategic advertiser accounts.

Stay abreast of industry trends in the affiliate performance marketing space.

Requirements

Experience in marketing and sales of a services company, and understanding of Fintech products and affiliate systems.

Excellent MS Office knowledge

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask

Ability to be proactive and take the initiative

Related experience is a plus.
