The Wellbeing Program Manager will collaborate across Oshkosh to oversee and manage the organization's global wellbeing program. The role will design and manage programs that support whole-self wellbeing to drive the organization's strategic objectives. The Wellbeing Program manager must foster relationships with vendor partners to drive the wellbeing strategy while being able to manage the day to day execution of various wellbeing programs.


These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.

  • Design and implement physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing programs (to promote healthy living through a comprehensive, integrated and results-oriented wellness program) that align to the overall Oshkosh people first culture and global wellbeing strategy

  • Develop and implement new products, processes, standards, or operational plans that support Oshkosh's wellbeing culture and strategy on a global basis

  • Serves as a member and actively participates in the Oshkosh global wellbeing strategic planning team and maintains alignment with global rewards and global communications strategies.

  • Drive change and monitor industry trends to ensure proactive program improvement and innovation

  • Leads the Oshkosh Wellbeing Enterprise Champions Network to foster team member support for the wellbeing program and gain commitment at a grass roots level

  • Build relationships with team members to tailor programs to their needs and to encourage participation in programs to increase adoption of the engagement platform to drive healthy behaviors

  • Manage all wellbeing-related third party relationships with vendor partners and consultant while fostering relationships with all internal wellbeing partners

  • Oversees the design, development, and coordination of wellbeing-related marketing and communications efforts to promote programs across all business units

  • Evaluate programs and regularly report on process and outcomes measures against key targets, including leveraging of analytics tools

  • Track participation and generate reports to evaluate effectiveness of all wellbeing programs to recommend changes or enhancements to these programs and make recommendations that align with our strategy

  • Manages and administers the wellbeing engagement technology platform

  • Manage the wellbeing budget and expenses

  • Create and execute roadmaps for wellbeing initiatives to drive engagement in healthy wellbeing journeys

  • In conjunction with the Fitness Center Committee, helps to plan and coordinate the on-site fitness center activities

  • Lead wellbeing intern and ensure her/his project experience is robust and aligns with intern program strategy


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 6+ years of experience in HR, Benefits and/or health and wellness

  • 3 years of program management responsibility

  • Experience in wellness programs and/or administration

  • Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and influence without direct authority

  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills

  • Ability to work autonomously through ambiguous and complex situations

  • Demonstrates executive presence and strong consultation and presentation skills

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Dynamic interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multi-task and handle high pressure situations

  • Ability to travel up to 20-30%; some international travel may be required


  • Ability to develop strategic proposals that tie into a broader Global Total Rewards strategy

  • Strong business acumen with ability to understand complex organizational structures and environments

  • Ability to influence at all levels of the organization

  • Demonstrate innovative and agile thinking, flexibility and technical expertise to internal partners and customers

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
