Job Description

We are seeking skilled Welders to join our team. As a Welder at Webber Engineering Nig. Ltd., you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures, equipment, and components.

You should have experience with various welding techniques, be able to read and interpret blueprints, and work effectively to produce high-quality welds.

Key Responsibilities

Perform welding tasks using various techniques, such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders.

Select and set up welding equipment and tools based on the job requirements.

Inspect and test welded surfaces and structures to ensure they meet quality standards.

Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment.

Adhere to safety standards and use protective equipment while welding.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Welder, with a minimum of 5 years of welding experience.

Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.

Familiarity with various welding tools and equipment.

Strong attention to detail and precision in welding tasks.

Excellent knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines.

Strong work ethic and a commitment to producing quality work.

Welding certification is a plus.
