Warehouse Officer HND / BA / BSc Job

Job Title: Warehouse Officer.

Location: Mushin

We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse Officer to join our team. The Warehouse Officer will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy of items received.

• Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas.

• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.

• Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.

• Supervise warehouse staff and provide training as needed.

• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders and resolve issues.

Requirements:

• Bsc in a related course.

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, with knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in computer applications, such as Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.

Qualification: 2–3-year experience in the same role.

• Bsc in a related course.
