Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support our operations in managing inventory and ensuring efficient warehouse processes.

As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and accuracy of our products within our warehouse facility. You will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and dispatching goods and ensuring they are stored safely and securely. Additionally, you will assist with inventory control, track shipments, and maintain a clean and organized warehouse space.

Responsibilities

Receive and inspect incoming goods, ensuring accuracy and completeness of shipments

Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse, ensuring optimal efficiency and accessibility

Prepare and pack products for shipment, ensuring items are securely packaged and labeled correctly

Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and audits to ensure stock levels are accurate

Process and track paperwork associated with incoming and outgoing shipments

Collaborate with the warehouse supervisor to optimize workflow and improve warehouse processes

Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety standards and protocols

Requirement

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Proficient in the use of excel and must be good with numbers.

Previous experience working in a warehouse environment will be an advantage

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Basic computer literacy, including knowledge of inventory management systems

Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects

Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
