Treasury Accountant HND / BA / BSc Job

Job Summary
Prompt and accurate recognition of company-wide transactions on Sage.

Daily, accurately recognizing all company-wide cash and bank transactions onto sage.
Ensuring all supporting documents to both cash and bank transactions are properly filled on the server and physically.
Correctly posting all retired cash advances and reconciliation of the same.

Preparation of reconciliations statements.

Preparation of reconciliation statements for all the Company's bank accounts.
Preparation of reconciliation statements for all current accounts and other receipts control accounts

Managing and reporting on a daily basis, the liquidity position of the company.

Daily cash and cash equivalents monitoring and reporting.
Processing of foreign currency payments
Support the month-end process where necessary
Managing and reporting on the foreign currency exposure of the company.

Others

Provide support to financial reporting

REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

B.Sc. in Social Sciences or Management/Accounting (First class or Second class upper).
Qualified Accountant - ACA with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar position
Proficient in the use of Enterprise-wide Accounting Application such as SAGE or SAP and Ms Office packages and Power Point Presentation
