Job Description

• We are hiring a professional and passionate travel counselor HOD to join our excellent agency.
• The travel counselor HOD will be required to prepare clients for international travel, coordinate other staffs and intern in the department.

Responsibilities

• Prepare clients for international travel.
• Coordinate other
  staffs and intern in the department.
• Provide support to prepare departmental reports as well as other documentation.
• Head responsibility for timely and proper company servicing for Travel arrangements for all clients
• Provides best level of assistance for client service as well as technical issues.

Requirements

• Age: 28 and above
• Grade: 2.1 and above in Educational related courses or Guidance and counseling

Other Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge on travel-related matters (US, UK , Canada etc.)
• 5 years minimum experience as a travel counselor. efficient, helpful and smart decision maker
• Extensive experience in the travel industry and good geographical knowledge.
• A personable matter and sharp attention to detail.
