Job Summary

Are you a proactive, adaptable, and tech-savvy individual with a passion for ensuring uninterrupted broadcasting experiences? We are actively seeking a talented Transmission and Broadcast Executive to join our team.

This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the integrity of our broadcast channels and ensuring a seamless transmission process, even during night shifts and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day transmission operations, ensuring continuous and uninterrupted broadcasting.

Monitor transmission schedules to guarantee timely and accurate delivery of content.

Utilize IT skills to troubleshoot and address technical issues efficiently.

Collaborate with production teams to optimize scheduling for smooth transitions between programs.

Manage and maintain broadcast equipment, promptly addressing any technical issues to minimize disruptions.

Actively engage in putting on the generator when needed to ensure uninterrupted power supply.

Devise and implement strategies to ensure channels remain operational and do not go off-air.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration with production, engineering, and content creation departments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any field with 2-10 years experience.

Proactiveness and ability to work effectively under pressure.

Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and workflows.

Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.

IT skills, including proficiency in computer hardware and software repair.

Availability for night shifts and weekends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary

N45.000 - N55,000 / Month
