Report to: Departmental Head

Responsible of: Unit members

Liaise with: Departmental head and Team members

Mission

To conduct informative training sessions, promote company and departmental efficiency, and improve the skills of all personnel within the unit.

Tasks

Collaborate with management and departmental head to identify training needs within the unit.

Schedule appropriate training sessions.

Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.

Supervise training budgets.

Prepare hard copy training materials.

Train and guide new employees in recipes, storage, use of equipment, sanitation, safety standards et.c.

Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job

Carry out duties as assigned.

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields

Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience within the unit

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Highly organized with an active listening skill.

Good leadership and interpersonal skills to organize, motivate and develop positive relationships with employees
