Responsibilities

Initiate outbound calls to potential clients from provided lists or leads.

Present our products/services, emphasizing features and benefits.

Identify and qualify sales leads through effective questioning and conversation.

Collaborate with the sales team to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.

Stay informed about our products/services and effectively communicate their value proposition.

Address customer inquiries, provide information, and handle objections.

Deliver a compelling sales pitch to prospects, focusing on how our offerings meet their specific needs.

Work towards meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a telephone sales agent or in a similar sales role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Persuasive and engaging demeanour with exceptional listening skills.

Resilience and the ability to handle objections and challenges positively.

Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a desire to exceed targets.
