Tele-Loan Collection Officer OND / NCE Job

Job Description

This role involves Calling Customers via phone calls to recover loans. It is an in office role.

Duties

Reviewing the company debtor list.
Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.
Negotiating suitable payment plans.
Instituting legal action when customers fail to pay their debt.
Responding to customer queries.
Contacting lawyers and insurance agencies to facilitate payments.
Maintaining customer payment records.
Preparing customer financial statements for banks and the state credit department.
Writing final notice warnings to customers when payments are not being made.

Qualifications

A minimum of OND
Age Bracket: 20 - 35 Years

Work Days:

Mondays - Fridays, but in a month you are expected to work Two Saturdays and Two Sundays with days for Off with Lunch on Weekend.

Salary

Net Salary: N80,000 - 120,000 monthly
Basic Salary: N50,000
