Key Duties and Responsibilities
Evaluate incoming maintenance requests and work orders to determine the priority and urgency of corrective maintenance tasks.
Collaborate with maintenance teams, operators, and engineers to understand the nature of the issues and their impact on operations.
Monitor progress and ensure that repairs are completed promptly, minimizing equipment downtime.
Generate Monthly reports to analyze the efficiency and effectiveness of corrective maintenance processes.
Analyze maintenance data from corrective maintenance activities to identify recurring issues and root causes
Maintain effective communication with maintenance teams, engineers, and other departments to coordinate and execute corrective maintenance tasks.
Develop and review maintenance processes, policies and plans
Ensure adherence to safety, environment, energy conservation, efficiency and regulatory laws to enhance life of machines
Conduct performance reviews of subordinates
Provide regular updates to Head Maintenance planning on the status of corrective maintenance activities and any potential issues.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Unit Head, Short-Term Planning
Educational Qualifications and Work Experience
Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in Engineering
Postgraduate/relevant professional qualification
Minimum of Five (5) years’ relevant work experience.

Project management skills
Knowledge of efficiency parameters of the plant.
