Tank Farm Operator OND / NCE Job

Location: Calabar, Cross River

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Tank farm equipment operation and maintenance

Ensuring safe and efficient storage and handling of petroleum products

Monitoring tank levels and product quality

Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of tanks, pumps, and pipelines

Keeping accurate records of inventory and product movement

Responding to emergencies and implementing spill response procedures

Complying with all relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND or OND in relevant fields with 2 - 3 years work experience.

Must reside in Calabar and its environs.

Ability to operate and maintain tanks

Proficient in monitoring and controlling tank levels and pressures

Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to tank operations

Strong analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot issues in tank operations

Good communication skills to coordinate with other team members and external stakeholders

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to changing schedules

Physical fitness to operate valves and handle hoses and other equipment as required.
