We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with advanced French language skills to join our dynamic team and contribute to a high-impact HR advisory project.

As an SME, you will play a crucial role in providing expert guidance and support to our clients, both locally and internationally.

Responsibilities

Provide expert HR advisory services to clients, with a focus on French-speaking markets.

Collaborate with clients to understand their HR needs, challenges, and objectives.

Develop and implement HR strategies and solutions tailored to each client's unique requirements.

Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and compliance requirements in the French-speaking regions.

Offer guidance on HR policies, employee relations, talent management, and more.

Effectively communicate and present HR recommendations to clients.

Requirements

Advanced proficiency in the French language is a requirement.

Proven experience in HR advisory roles, preferably with exposure to international clients.

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, compliance, and regulations in French-speaking regions.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Relevant HR certifications or qualifications are a plus.
