Storekeeper-Kayhelt pharma First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC) Job

Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain receipts, inspect and record withdrawals of the stockroom.

Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.

Organize and maintain an efficient and tidy warehouse.

Stock card management.

Inspect deliveries for damage or discripancies.

Monitor stock levels and reorder materials when necessary.

Verify received goods based on agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity.

Follow all relevant operational procedures and ensure the store activities are carried out in a consistent manner.

Carry out other duties as may be assigned by management.

Requirements

B.Sc / HND in a relevant field.

Minimum of 2 years work experience in storekeeping or inventory management.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to pay attention to details.
