Job Overview:
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Store Officer to manage and oversee the inventory, storage, and distribution of goods within our store. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient and accurate handling of stock, help streamline operations, and maintain a clean and safe environment. Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels and inventory transactions. Conduct regular stock audits and manage stock discrepancies.
Receiving & Dispatching: Oversee the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring they meet company standards. Inspect incoming stock for quality and quantity.
Stock Control: Organize and monitor stock levels, reorder items when necessary, and ensure stock rotation to prevent product expiry or damage.
Record Keeping: Keep precise and up-to-date records of all stock-related activities (receiving, dispatching, stock adjustments, etc.).
Reporting: Provide regular inventory reports to management on stock levels, movement trends, and any issues with stock management.
Safety & Security: Ensure all inventory is stored properly, in compliance with safety and security protocols.
Customer Support: Assist in responding to internal inquiries about stock availability or any issues related to inventory.
Requirements:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or related fields is a plus.
Skills:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of stock control, safety regulations, and inventory practices.

The company started with its first production of cookies 5 years ago, desiring to cater to its immediate community. This first batch of home-made Fastizers Cookies, produced with less than N1,000, got so much positive feedback it inspired the production of subsequent batches, however still on a small scale from a home-kitchen. Deliberate steps were taken to establish the first production set-up in a little apartment room and create distribution channels for the cookies to reach more customers. This spurred significant growth giving birth to Fastizers Enterprises.
As the demand for FASTIZERS FUN COOKIES grew in the market, the initial production facility which was turning over 300 packs of cookies a day had to be scaled up rapidly. Stirred by vision, excellence and sound management, the company has continued to experience geometric growth with ever increasing demand for its Fun Cookies. Today the company, now registered as FASTIZERS FOOD AND CONFECTIONERY LIMITED, churns hundreds of thousands of cookies daily, distributing to over 15 cities in Nigeria including Lagos, Abuja, Kano, Kaduna and key eastern and southern states. The company's production set-up currently sits on 2 Acres facility in the Agbara Industrial Estate of Ogun State and employs over 100 staff.
