Store Assistant - Tharwa Finds HND / BA / BSc Job

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Store Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
You will be responsible for maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, handling transactions, and supporting inventory management.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
Promote special offers and loyalty programs.
Maintain cash drawer balance and complete end-of-day reconciliations.
Help with stock replenishment and product displays.
Arrange merchandise displays and ensure they are visually appealing.
Follow store policies and procedures for safety and security.
Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Support new team members with onboarding and training as needed.
