Role Summary

We are looking for a talented and experienced Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing innovative and effective solutions that align with our business objectives and meet the needs of our clients.

Requirements

Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and development teams, to understand business requirements and define solution objectives.

Design end-to-end technical solutions that encompass software applications, infrastructure, data integration, and security, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

Develop architectural blueprints, diagrams, and documentation to effectively communicate the solution design to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Conduct technology evaluations, identify suitable tools, frameworks, and platforms, and make recommendations based on industry best practices and emerging trends.

Collaborate with development teams to provide guidance and oversight throughout the software development life cycle, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.

Identify and mitigate technical risks by conducting thorough analysis and proposing effective risk mitigation strategies.

Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology, industry standards, and best practices related to solution architecture and apply them to enhance our overall technical capabilities.

Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentor ship to team members, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Proven experience as a Solution Architect or a similar role, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex technology solutions.

In-depth knowledge of enterprise-level architecture principles, design patterns, and frameworks.

Proficiency in multiple technology domains, such as application development, cloud computing, data management, integration, and security.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into practical and scalable technical solutions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience working in an Agile development environment and familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Relevant certifications, such as TOGAF or AWS/Azure Solution Architect, are highly desirable.
