Site Supervisor-Metro and Castle Limited HND / BA / BSc Job

Location: Ajah, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Allocate work to subcontractors and oversee their work at all stages of the construction

Manage the use of building materials.

Good knowledge of Construction and Supervision of multiple projects daily

Identify, analyse and develop responses to potential risks and problems that may arise

Ensure that the project is delivered within agreed timelines and schedule

Interpretation of architectural, structural, as well as mechanical and electrical drawings

Design building and drainage structures both manually and through the use of design softwares such as RC Orion, Prota, Staadpro and/or Autocad.

Qualifications

BSc / HND in Building, Civil Engineering or any other related field

2 - 4 years hands on experience in Building or Construction Management

Must be proficient in the use of leveling instrument

Must be proficient in the use of MS Excel and MS project for simple project scheduling, data collection and reporting.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good work ethics and serious willingness to learn

Ability to work in a team

Ability to work under pressure

Effective time management skills

Good attention to details.
