A successful candidate is an individual who can lead and support multiple client engagements at one time, partner in business development, and deepen client engagement at all levels from board to staff. The individual would manage a portfolio of consulting and training engagements, assessing client needs, designing and facilitating training sessions, and supporting organization and people development work including conducting interviews, organization assessment surveys, benchmarking, developing presentations --all with a race equity/DEI lens. This individual is an excellent presenter and facilitator. This position will report to and collaborate with the Chief Executive Officer.
