Senior Factory Assurance Compliance Manager Bachelor Degree Job

Responsibilities


The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Lead all factory and administrative functions including HR, Security, HSE and factory regulatory and procedural assurance.
Lead and ensure company legal, regulatory and internal compliance standards are adhered to providing training and guidance on compliance matters.
Ensure and conduct risk assessments and investigations, while also providing guidance on compliance matters.
Develop and track various compliance monitoring metrics, key performance indicators, key risk indicators, and key control indicators to ensure consistent framework, standards and risk tolerance are followed.
Identify and mitigate organisational risks while actively seeking opportunities for Factory expansion and innovation.
Ensure appropriate escalation of identified compliance issues to relevant senior management.


Requirements


Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or any related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Manufacturing company with leadership expertise.
Knowledge of Manufacturing good practice procedure, and factory guidelines and regulations.
Strong Analytical skills to evaluate complicated regulatory concerns and create workable solutions.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and initiatives, including donor-funded programs.
