Key Responsibilities


Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase revenue from wellness services, and product sales.
Identify and generate leads through various channels, including social media, referrals, partnerships, and networking.
Conduct sales presentations and consultations to educate clients on our wellness solutions.
Track and analyze sales performance, providing insights and data-driven recommendations to management.
Collaborate with the marketing lead to optimize campaigns for lead generation and conversion.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to refine sales approaches.
Train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Set clear sales targets for team members and provide the necessary coaching and support to ensure they meet their goals.
Motivate and drive the team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Organize regular team meetings to review progress, discuss challenges, and refine sales strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Implement effective customer follow-up strategies to exceed targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Target-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM systems, and sales analytics.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively to drive results.
