Job Title: Sales Team Lead

Location: Anambra

Requirements

First Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related field is preferred

Minimum of 6 years working experience as a sales executive

Minimum of 3 years working experience as sales supervisor / lead

Attention to details

Integrity

Adequate sales record-keeping

Proven sales experience; poultry sales experience is preferred.

Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.

You have a strong track record of success with prior experience in a similar role

Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.

Effective communication skills.

Good team handling skills

You are a self-starter with a strong track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.

Accurate market intelligence feedback to the company to enable informed decisions on future sales.
