Job Summary:
We're seeking a confident, self-motivated, and tech-savvy Sales Representative & Social Media Manager to join our team at an adult toy store. As a sales representative, you'll drive in-store sales and provide exceptional customer service. As a social media manager, you'll handle online engagement, respond to customer inquiries, and maintain our online presence.
Sales Representative/ social media Responsibilities:

Meet and exceed sales targets in a retail store environment
Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and making recommendations
Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services
Work independently, making decisions without constant supervision
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals
Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
Post high-quality content (images, videos, and captions) on social media platforms
Conduct social media surveys to engage with customers and gather feedback
Monitor analytics to optimize online engagement and sales
Maintain a professional and respectful tone in all online interactions

Requirements:

2+ years of sales and social media experience
Proven track record of sales success and social media growth
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and make decisions without constant supervision
Comfortable with adult content and able to maintain a professional demeanor
