Designing and managing sales order workflow

Sales pipeline and incentives management

Sales Analysis and Reporting

Demand and supply planning

Product price setting

Training and onboarding of sales team

Product Price setting

Promo planning

Product expiry management

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 2.1 grade in a technical or business-related discipline

An MBA qualification

Certification in statistics, sales strategy & data analysis is preferred

Minimum 5 year of experience in operations, sales, or supply chain roles including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
