Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Executive located in Lagos.
The Sales Marketing Executive will be responsible for market planning, market research, communication, sales, and marketing.
The day-to-day tasks will include developing marketing strategies, conducting market research, building and maintaining client relationships, implementing sales initiatives, and making sales in general.

Qualifications

Market Planning and Market Research skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales and Marketing skills
Ability to create and deliver effective presentations
Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the real estate sector
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
