Job Overview


The Bakery Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the bakery’s products, increase brand awareness, and drive sales.
The Marketing Manager will lead the sales and supply teams to ensure strong product awareness and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities


Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness.
Create and manage the bakery’s marketing budget.
Oversee and manage the daily operations of marketers and van sales representatives
Plan the distribution routes of the van sales representatives
Manage customers and vendors


Requirements


B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the food or bakery industry.
Strong knowledge of routes in Rivers State
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and branding.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
