Job Description

Recruit, train, retain and manage at least 4 competent unit managers.

Drive sales initiatives, activities, strategies required to build brand visibility.

Ensure the sales team achievesand surpasses its target.

Utilize a consultative approach to convert potential leads to satisfied clients.

Requirements

Candidates should possess OND / HND / B.Sc Degrees

Minimum of 5 years experience is Property marketing/Agency and 3 years in a managerial role.

Very proactive, target-driven and self motivated.

Proven record of achieving sales target.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proximity to location.
