Sales Executive - Juremi Group HND / BA / BSc Job

Job Description

Driving hotel revenue growth through proactive sales efforts.
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, leads, and contacts in the hospitality industry.
Building and maintaining relationships with key clients, travel agents, tour operators, and other industry partners.
Conducting site inspections and presentations to showcase the hotel's facilities, services, and amenities.
Negotiating room rates, contracts, and other terms with clients and partners.
Creating and distributing sales materials, such as hotel brochures, flyers, and email campaigns.
Collaborating with the Revenue Management team to optimize room rates and occupancy.
Analyzing sales data and market trends to optimize sales strategies and stay ahead of competitors.
Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Staying up-to-date with industry developments, competitors, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.
Participating in hotel sales meetings, training sessions, and other events to stay informed and share knowledge.
