The bookstore sales associate will play a crucial role in assisting the Bookstore Manager in selling books and merchandise while delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail environment. This role involves both traditional and online sales, fulfilling orders ,ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and possessing the ability to make decisions in the absence of the manager.
