Sales and Marketing Executive Bachelor Degree Job

Key Responsibilities:

Implement marketing strategy for the company.
Recommend sales revenue targets and the supporting marketing budgets required to deliver these objectives.
Manage relationship with clients, agencies and prospects.
Day-to-day responsibility for sales and marketing management.
Solicit for markets, making contacts in respect thereof.
Develop new markets as needed
Drive revenue through long-term, high net worth contracts.
Maintain market intelligence on competition.
Prepare and present business information and proposals to the public and prospective corporate and commercial clients on available sites and products.
Perform other duties as may be directed by your team lead and management.
With 5% commission after sale

Key Requirements:

2 years previous sales or business development experience.
Previous experience in real estate and property sales will be an added advantage.
BSC or HND in any related field.
