Job Description

Lead integrated marketing communication and creative/campaign planning, development and execution for all company products, including messaging communications, advertising, direct marketing, etc.

Create and manage the monthly/annual marketing plan for a subset of the corporate and Real Estate markets.

Conduct market research to increase the understanding of the market as a whole and/or certain segments, in conjunction with the Sales and Customer care departments.

Organize and attend industry-related events, conferences and summits for networking, leads generation and deal-closing.

Contribute to the overall sales collateral program.

Track lead generation and ROI for designated marketing campaigns.

Requirements

Experience in Sales and/or Marketing will be an added advantage.

Self Motivated & Team Oriented

Must be a go-getter, and have the ability to work with little or no supervision

Must possess solid networking, marketing and negotiating skills.
