Sales and Marketing Associate HND / BA / BSc Job

Job Summary:

As sales and marketing associate, you will be responsible for generating sales orders, handling delivery logistics, maintaining after sales communication with customers, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
You will also be responsible for introducing any new line of product to the customers, including the features and functions.
The ideal candidate for this role must be able to provide excellent customer service, conduct market research, and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate sales orders through effective communication with assigned customers.
Manage the logistics of deliveries, ensuring products reach customers on time and in good condition.
Maintain excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving any after-sale issues.
Proactively introduce new product lines to customers, highlighting features, functions, and benefits.
Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Participate in marketing campaigns and initiatives as needed.
Prepare and maintain accurate sales records and reports.

Requirements

​BSc in business administration/marketing or any other related field.
Minimum of 2 years prior experience in sales or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Customer service-oriented mindset.
Ability to work well in a team.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
