Sales and marketing strategy for the business in line with strategic objectives of the business plan.
Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aimed at accelerating growth
Participate in translating and implementing the brand strategy across the department.
Sales & national marketing of all H&Y product in line with operational budget.
Plan monthly prospecting plan for sales force (corporate sales and field sales)
Gather, analysis and report competitive intelligence gathered from sales force and send to marketing executives
Offer H&Y proposals to Clients.
Ensure sales related data in ERP is correctly and timely imputed
Meet and surpass sales targets
