Parker Hannifin RPA COE structure will have Solutions Senior Analyst aligned seamlessly to achieve the long-term RPA objectives of Parker Hannifin and drive automation cross functionally. The role requires an individual who will define the architecture of the RPA solution and oversee it end-to-end, assisting in the process selection, development, and in the implementation phases. You will select the appropriate set of automation tools/features and ensure the alignment of the solution with enterprise guidelines. RPA Solutions Senior Analyst manages curation (content check) and a process to ensure components are reusable across the organization. The role collaborates with RPA developers, 3rd party developers and leading the process lifecycle workshops, ensures training plans are in place for members of the CoE Teams along with planning for the wider adoption of RPA awareness across our organization. Role contributes to the completion of the solution architecture for the RPA. More specifically but not limited to, you will be:

  • Defining the architecture of the RPA solution to increase productivity in automating business processes
  • Exploring potential synergies between digital transformation initiatives and developing technical specifications and solutions
  • Communicating across teams to ensure the required solution/application is in place to kick start the RPA project
  • Remaining up to date on product releases, roadmap, and acting on them
  • Ensuring compliance of RPA Governance CoE Model
  • Cooperating with internal RPA teams and external RPA companies on automation projects implementation
  • Translating customer desires and projected requirements into information technology strategies
  • Acting as prime consultant and subject expert in RPA Solutions, ensuring quality of automation components to makes it reusable for other RPA teams
  • Mentoring and guiding peers via code reviews, dev sessions and pair-programming, training and coach CoE Teams for the wider adoption of RPA across Parker organization
  • Investigating and documenting better practices/alternative solutions that could be used in future development. We would like to hear from you if you have:
  • Experience architecting and developing robotic automations based UiPath Solution
  • UiPath environment and platform knowledge
  • Knowledge and experience of project management standards, methods and techniques
  • Technical knowledge of software, implementation, and testing methodology
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills,
  • Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory
  • Excellent presentation, organizing and planning skills
  • Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders, 3rd party companies
