Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Specialist at Micro Leasing Limited located in Lagos.
The Retail Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as providing excellent customer service, utilizing product knowledge to assist customers, and effectively communicating with customers to drive sales.

Qualifications

Experienced in sale of salary loan
Must have worked in a Consumer Lending Company for at least three years
Strong product knowledge and retail sales skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Demonstrated ability in sales
Ability to work well in a team
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Experience in the finance industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
