Retail Sales Associate OND / NCE Job

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Duties and Responsibilities

Greeting customers, responding to questions, and giving information to the customers.

Providing recommendations and sharing product knowledge with customers.

Managing financial transactions and processing payments.

Preparing merchandise and designing displays.

Maintaining a clean and tidy space.

Assisting with inventory

Handling refunds, returns, and customer complaints.

Alerting management of potential security issues

Creating a positive customer experience and work environment.

Job Requirements

Minimum of OND qualification

Proven work experience in retail sales or a similar role.

Preferably female.

Not more than 27 years old.
