Job Description


Interpreting and understanding construction drawings and specifications.
Conducting site surveys and establishing site control points.
Setting out construction lines and levels on site, inspect work in progress to maintain quality control standards
Supervise construction crews, assigning tasks and coordinating their activities on site
Manage site logistics, including equipment and access control
Enforce all safety regulations on site conducting regular safety inspections and addressing potential hazards.
Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and permits.


Requirements


HND / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in real estate construction projects and infrastructure.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Must be COREN certified
Strong communication and coordination ability
Outstanding communication abilities
Must reside in Abuja.
