Birthed in Lagos, we are popularly known with our short-form ''Rango"'. Our presence can be felt in three malls across Lagos; Rango Restaurant, Ikeja City Mall, Rango Rooftop Lounge, Josego Mall, Lekki and Rango restaurants, Novare Mall Sangotedo. Our restaurants and lounge are a haven for food enthusiasts seeking a blend of modern ambiance and delectable cuisines.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Location: Sangotedo, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations and production, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving profitability in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations, including staffing, customer service, and inventory management.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff

Foster a positive working environment and provide ongoing training

Ensure exceptional customer service and address customer feedback

Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally

Monitor and manage the restaurant's budget

Implement cost-control measures and optimize profitability

Collaborate with chefs on menu planning and pricing strategies

Analyze menu performance and adjust as needed

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies

Collaborate with the marketing team for promotions and advertising

Ensure the quality of food, service, and overall customer experience

Conduct regular inspections and address quality concerns

Oversee inventory levels and ordering processes

Minimize waste and optimize inventory turnover

Ensure compliance with local regulations and licensing requirements

Stay informed about industry trends and changes.

Requirements

HND / B.Sc with 5 - 8 years of work experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).

Proven experience in restaurant management

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and industry trends

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.

Proximity to Sangotedo and can resume immediately.
