Job Description

Abiding by all company procedures and accounting principles.

Respondappropriately to vendor, client, and internal accounting requests.

EnsureAccounting Department runs smoothly and efficiently.

Maintaina database, ensuring that records are accurate, complete and current.

Recordinformation, processing, and filing forms.

Preparecheques, deposits, budgets, and banking financial reports.

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operations report, including monthly P & L statement

Monitor all operations stock and daily stock control

Updateledgers, researching, and resolving discrepancies.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 2 - 5 years work experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Comprehensive knowledge of accounting procedures and principles.

Ethical behavior when dealing with sensitive financial information.

High level of accuracy and efficiency.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Courteous, professional manner, strong customer service skills.

Computer literacy and strong typing skills, experience with accounting software may be required.

Attention to detail.

Willingness to comply with all company, local, state, and federal financial regulations.or Restaurant

Hotel or Restaurant Accounting experience will be an added advantage
