Responsibilities

Develop and implement the overall research and development strategy aligned with the company's objectives.

Lead and manage R&D projects from conception to execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.

Build and lead a high-performing R&D team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential risks.

Evaluate and assess new technologies, tools, and methodologies relevant to our industry and client needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consulting, marketing, and sales, to integrate R&D findings into our service offerings.

Develop and manage the R&D budget efficiently, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet project goals.

Engage with clients, industry experts, and external partners to build strategic relationships and gather insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or a relevant field.

Minimum of 7 years of proven experience as an R&D Manager or in a similar role within a consulting or related industry.

Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.

Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and presentation abilities.

Knowledge of industry-specific technologies and trends.
