Job Requirements


Candidates should possess a minimum of a National Diploma with at least 3 years experience


Key Criteria:

Familiarity with group lending methodology (micro-lending).
At least 3 years of experience as a relationship manager.
Proficiency in computer skills and banking software.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation and exceptional sales skills.
